Chili’s Grill & Bar, is the leading American casual dining restaurant chain present in over 1500 restaurants in 33 countries worldwide including Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Egypt, Kuwait, Russia, UAE, Germany, India, Japan, Singapore and South Korea among several others. With a pan-India proliferation, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore are the cities that constitute the Southern & Western markets for Chili’s in the country.
The signature Chili’s restaurant in Bangalore is at No: 1135, HAL stage-2, 100 ft road, Opposite Axis Bank in Indiranagar. There are 2 other restaurants in Bangalore at Ground Floor, Phoenix Market City, Whitefield Road, Singayyanapalya, Mahadevapura post and at Brigade Orion Mall, Industrial Suburb, Subramanya nagar, Municipal ward no. 9A, Rajajinagar, Extension, Malleshwaram West.
The revised menu has additions in every category, be it in the appetizers section with Ultimate Dipper or the Guacamole Burger as a Big MouthÂ® Burger and also the Tortilla Crusted Chicken in the Mains. These are the favorites from all the quarterly special menus that Chiliâ€™s introduces throughout the year. From the international favorites, Chiliâ€™s has selected the Santa Fe Chicken/ Shrimp Tacos in the Quesadilla and Taco section, Santa Fe Chicken/ Paneer Saladin the salads section and an American favorite- Philadelphia Melting Cheese Steak.
One of the interesting drinks on the menu was Beer remixed – refreshing fusion of beer and exotic flavors. Watermelon beer was the highlight which has fresh watermelon puree, lemonade and light beer. The drinks menu also introduces the guests to a new combination known as Rita Trio which is made of their best Margaritas- El NiÅˆo, Presidente Margarita and Tropical Sunrise.
The menu has become more â€œVegetarian friendlyâ€ as well. Not only has the veg section been separated from the menu to ensure the vegetarian guests are directly led to that but Chiliâ€™s has also introduced an Eggless Sizzling Brownie Sundae which is a gooey chocolate brownie topped with a big dollop of Vanilla ice cream and lots of chocolate sauce.
One of the newest additions is the Lighter choices section for the health conscious guests. This includes Margarita Grilled Chicken, Mango-Chile Basa and Mango-Chile Chicken. A meal in itself, every dish in this section boasts of being 650Kcal and below.
What started in 1975 in Dallas, Texas with 11 Southwestern-inspired dishes and trademark beverages, now serves some of the best appetizers, soups and chili, salads, burgers, sandwiches, quesadillas, chicken and seafood entrees, fajitas, ribs, steaks and desserts available in India.
