I choose to be Happy

Sometimes life seems to go just right for us.

Harmony. Opportunities. Abundance.

When everything is in alignment, it is easy to have a spring in our step and a smile on our face. It is easy to be happy.

But, how can we be happy when everything is not going very well?

Disharmony. Crisis. Lack.

A 2015 study of Harvard’s Class of 1980 revealed that happiness comes from

  • choosingto be happy with whatever one does;
  • strengtheningour closest relationships; and
  • exercisingmore to maintain our health.

It takes practice to have a spring in our step and a smile on our face!

It takes practice to Choose, Strengthen, and Exercise.

It takes practice to be HAPPY.

Happiness is….a Conscious Choice.
